Our mission is two‑fold: develop Sia as an IP from ancient roots for a global audience, and build a platform empowering creatives worldwide to craft, collaborate on, and own their own living storyworlds with AI, collaborative tools, and programmable IP.
Stewards of the Vision
Nishtha is a product leader and senior developer crafting human-centered, AI-powered creative tools. She currently works at the Bennett Institute for Applied Data Science, University of Oxford, and previously built high-scale product and generative-AI experiences at HubSpot and Harry's Inc. She holds an MSc in Machine Learning and founded Sia to enable fair, collaborative IP creation.
Ava is a writer drawn to the meeting point of myth, technology, and narrative. At Sia, she heads emerging storyworlds and the future of narrative, developing storyworlds, lore, and IP that carry the depth of South Asian traditions into new forms. Her perspective is shaped not only by books, but by lived geographies across India that continue to hold epic memory. When she is not writing, she is probably in the water surfing.
Strategic guidance from industry leaders
Akshay is a product-minded blockchain engineer with over a decade of experience building payment and blockchain solutions for tier-1 financial institutions like Visa and Chainalysis, developing production-grade Web3 solutions. As a former startup CEO who developed an NFT ticketing marketplace and has advised on the architecture for the UK Digital Pound at the Bank of England, he guides Sia.vision's decentralised IP economy and programmable ownership strategy.
Janu has over a decade of experience in applied ML research and building scalable AI products for personalisation and NLP at global tech firms like Mastercard and IBM. He is currently leading applied science efforts in building M365 Copilot at Microsoft. Janu advises Sia.vision on ethically integrating cutting-edge AI for narrative generation, content personalisation, and platform intelligence.
Sanjay is a filmmaker and screenwriter whose credits include 'Fissadi' on Amazon Prime, 'Lantrani' on Zee5, and the upcoming 'Civil Lines' on Sony Liv. He bridges the gap between technology and storytelling craft. As Founder of Draft Zero, an AI-powered story development platform, Sanjay advises Sia.vision on screenplay workflows, narrative structure, and keeping the writer's voice at the heart of AI-assisted creation.
